Gentle anxious pangs tingle my throat.

On the Right foot.

Lots of experimenting with barefooting for the past few months.  Nothing negative to report; in fact it’s all been really enlightening.  You can read about this all over the place, so I’ll spare writing too much about it.  One very noteworthy conclusion it has helped me reach is that people who enjoy walking barefoot are most likely not the people choosing the materials for our roads and sidewalks.
